VRDET Character Profile: Spartacus

Name: Spartacus Backshadow
Hair: Dark brown
Eyes: Dark Brown
Height: 6'7"
Backshadow's history:

For as long as anyone can remember, Spartacus was quiet, but something was inside of him, ever growing. It is said that his parents were taken by the purple one's minions, and the rest of his family as well. He escaped with his two pets (of which were ferrets), and fled his town. He got his name by his way of life, stealing and hiding in the shadows. His ferrets are his family, and his lockpicks and weapons his partners.

Backshadow's appearance:

Draped in a perfect fitting black cloak, Spartacus can only be seen when he is in new territory, or is ordered to be seen. He is dressed in leather clothes besides his cloak, and carries an assortment of many thieve's items.

Personality:

Backshadow is a quiet, clever man. He is able to decode any riddle, break into any complex, and is a great ballad writer. The only thing he usually says is his song:

Thieves we are and thieves we be,
We can steal your nosehairs straight from thee,
Steal the salt from the sea,
Thieves we are...and thieves we be!

Weapons and other things:

A set of solid silver lockpicks
2 short throwing daggers
1 long fighting knife
Grease plaster(see Explanations)
Pen and notebook(for ballads)
6" blow gun
Pack of regular and knockout darts
Herbs and poisons(for darts)
A length of strong, black rope, with grappling hook
6 ninja stars, 8 sided
Smoke bombs
A whistle(see Explanations)
45 colt(just in case)

Training:

Assassination
Cover Ops
Animal training
Electronics expert

Explanations:

Grease plaster- This device helps Spartacus to loosen up rusty door hinges, and to slick grounds(like a banana in cartoons)
Whistle- While he can do it himself, Spartacus prefers the acute, high-pitched sound that calls his ferrets to him.
Animal training- Spartacus can command nearly any animal to do his bidding, with the exception of totally wild animals. This comes in handy when people have dogs out after him, and so he uses one of his whistles as a communication device.
