Hakker wears a long black overcoat that makes a faint humming sound when you get near it. The coat contains various short-range electronic communications devices that connect to a cloaked satellite somewhere in this solar system. It is impossible to further examine the coat, as any unauthorized person handling the coat will be struck by ball lightning.
He wears a long, drooping black hood and always carries a sword on his person. He always carries with him strange tattered books, believed by most to be ancient Celtic druid texts.
With his ancient druidic texts, he has learned that he can manipulate the minds of other people, leading them to believe that they are in a completely different place and time. When the spell is released, the target is dazed and will not remember much for days. The extent of his supernatural powers is unknown.
He also speaks several other languages including Old English, English, Cantonese, German, Spanish, and Yiddish.
Hakker rarely appears in public and seldom goes out in daylight. He is somewhat of a loner, although he can be seen with Keebler and Sparhawk from time to time. He normally speaks with a Russian accent. His druid incantations also seem to have a Russian sound to them.
