VRDET Character Profile: Calculus

Calculus usually wears relatively formal clothing (not too formal, though), and wears glasses. He is always carrying a computer keyboard (with holographic monitor), linked to a server elsewhere.

Calculus appears human, but there are a few strange things about him. If you look closely, his eyes are always twinkling slightly with different colors, and he doesn't blink, except intentionally.

Calculus is usually very quiet, and when he does talk (instead of emoting), he usually uses comparitively short phrases. He's friendly enough, though, and has an strange sense of humor. Sometimes, he'll quote Monty Python sketches or other silly things.

Calc tries to be polite if at all possible. Even if he's very, very angry, he will usually try to express it without cursing (or ncursing!), yelling, cutting down a tree with a Herring, etc.

Calculus is obsessed with computers. If there is a computer in the vicinity, he'll go and "talk" to it. He especially likes working with computer networks. He doesn't break into many machines or networks at all, although he's capable of it.

He has weaknesses for cows, sporks, Ramen noodles, pizza, and high-technology devices (as discussed above).

He has one, but it's not here. Fnord.

Calculus, as well as having highly advanced technology skills, is also a very powerful mage and psionic. However, in a situation where he can't use magic or technology, he's probably in trouble.

Calc can, to some extent, communicate with pointy-hairs.

He can (and will!) tolerate extremely large doses of caffeine.

Calculus is very physically weak. He doesn't mind causing chaos, but he'll need the appropriate magic or technology. He has trouble handling most heavy/bulky things, including most heavier (in weight, not in effect) weaponry.

Calc has some arachnophobia, as well as a good number of allergies. None of these are very serious, but they can be quite annoying at times.

He can't draw (at least, not well).
